I created this site map as part of the proposal to express the site architecture with the client and internal teams. The colors identify the three page levels. The colors were in the brand palette as an extra but not critical to orienting the audience to the design. One my first steps in the process was to create a Controlled Vocabularies list of authorized terms to define the site for all teams and phases going forward. This vocabulary was also used in meta data schema, taxonomies, content labeling, and tagging. Normally the terms would be used for SEO as well, but this was an internal site for T-Mobile partners only. Seven participants from a sampling of T-Mobile agencies were given a survey with a two-task usability test. I sat with the participants during the test and asked them to think-aloud while I took notes.
